“After a 3-week long vacation, having Eileen over my house to cook was a welcome sight. She prepped, cooked and served my dinner in the privacy of my home. It was a date night, if you will, at my dining table! Eating at home is always better than anything one could expect at a restaurant.

The salad was crisp and light. My halibut (we had halibut, right?) was moist, flaky, and very flavorful. The dessert, well, my husband is a chocolate lover and it was sublime.
